"Colors threw off our plans"
I ordered a few custom safety labels from seton, and while the print was clear and the shipping was fine, the colors were definitely not what I expected from the online preview.
The red came out looking more orange, which kind of messed up our plan since we were trying to match them with other labels we already had. It wasn’t unusable, but it was frustrating because we had set aside time to get everything labeled and looking consistent. A more accurate preview or better color notes would’ve helped a lot.

"Felt Like My Options Were Limited"
I’ve ordered from Seton before, so I expected to find what I needed easily. This time, though, the selection felt really limited. I was looking for a few specific safety labels and signs, and there either weren’t many choices or there was just one basic version available. It kind of felt like my needs weren’t really being considered, so I ended up checking other sites to compare. The site itself is fine, but I wish they had more variety

"Ordering was easy"
I ordered from Seton the other day while drinking my second cup of coffee, and it was painless overall. I found what I needed without having to dig around too much, and checkout was simple enough. One page did hang for a little bit, long enough for me to check my phone, but it eventually loaded and everything went through fine. No major complaints, and I’d use the site again.

I ordered from Seton again because my first batch was decent, so I figured it would be a safe choice. But this time the shipping took longer than expected, and one of the signs showed up bent. Customer support did get back to me, but it felt slow. For what they charge, I expected the whole process to be smoother. Maybe I’m being picky, but it just felt like more hassle than it should’ve been.
"Delivery mix-up got fixed fast"
My order was showing the wrong delivery info at first, so I emailed support not really knowing how long it would take. They got back to me and had it sorted by the next day, which was a relief. Weirdly, I remember I was eating a slightly melted granola bar while checking the tracking, so that stuck in my head for some reason. It wasn’t perfect from the start, but they handled it well enough. I’d use Seton again.

"My Signs Didn’t Turn Out as Expected"
I ordered a few signs from seton.com thinking they’d be clean and easy to read, but when they arrived, I was let down. I pulled one out of the box and noticed right away that the print looked blurry. Up close, the text had this fuzzy look to it, like it wasn’t printed at a high enough quality. I was expecting something sharp and professional, so it was disappointing to see them come out that way.

"Refund Took Way Longer Than It Should Have"
The return itself was fine, but waiting on the refund was annoying. I did eventually get my money back, so it worked out in the end, but it took longer than I expected and I had to be more patient than I wanted to be...

I ordered these signs from Seton a bit disappointing they were. The material felt thin right away, kind of cheap in the hand, and the edges were rougher than I expected.
After only a few days outside, one of them already started bending, which didn’t seem right for the price. I was expecting something sturdier, not signs that feel like they’ll wear out fast.

"Honestly, these labels were a letdown"
I ordered a few labels expecting them to be decent, but wow, they felt super flimsy right out of the package. The print scratched off way too easily, and the corners started peeling much sooner than they should have. For the price, I really expected better. Frustrating and definitely not worth it.

My order was basically correct and everything matched what I asked for, but I was frustrated with how long I had to wait. The only issue with the items themselves was that one label was bent, which wasn’t a huge deal, just a little disappointing after waiting that long.

"Am I missing something, or is this site really hard to use?"
I tried ordering from seton.com am I missing something? The whole experience was frustrating. Pages were loading slowly, the filters didn’t seem to work the way I expected, and a few times I clicked something only to end up back where I started. Checkout wasn’t much better either, it felt clunky and not very clear. After messing with it for a while, I just gave up and ordered somewhere else. For a site selling work supplies, I really expected it to be a lot easier to use.

I ordered a big batch of safety labels and signs from Seton for our warehouse, and the process was smoother than I expected. The site was easy to figure out, and adding larger quantities didn’t turn into a headache like it sometimes does on other sites.
Shipping wasn’t exactly lightning fast, but everything showed up packed well and the order was right. That was a relief, because I’m always a little wary of having to deal with customer service if something goes wrong. Prices seemed fair for a bulk order, and since I didn’t have to chase anyone down, I’d probably use them again.
